The overview explains acquiring a name, selecting assets and receiving the included map. Partnership proposals follow the separate path below.

01 · Acquisition

A name you own.
A plan for what comes next.

  1. 01

    Choose a name

Explore the collection and its factual name profiles. Consider how the name fits your audience and intended use.

  2. 02

    Inquire and confirm the scope

Request acquisition details. We confirm price, the domain and which existing assets, if any, can be included. New development is separately scoped.

  3. 03

    Agree the transaction

Agree terms, payment method, provider fees and responsibilities before proceeding. The route depends on the particular domain.

  4. 04

    Transfer and check the assets

Complete the domain transfer and handoff of the exact assets confirmed in your agreement. Review access and deliverables.

  5. 05

    Complete your map intake

After purchase, complete structured intake for one tailored digital map reviewed by Michael Santiago, with one clarification round. Implementation is separate.

Considering a partnership?

An alternative, considered individually

A proposal to build
on a name together.

A partnership starts with a proposal

The name + your idea

Your contribution

Experience, resources and proposed role.

Mutual fit

Individual review, then an agreed scope.

Discuss first. Document before building.

  1. 01

    Choose a name

Review the name and identify the customer and business you would build. Where the listing offers a proposal option, you can share your idea for individual consideration.

  2. 02

    Submit your proposal

Share the use case, relevant experience, contributions, available resources, desired involvement and proposed arrangement. Financial amounts are optional.

  3. 03

    Assess mutual fit

We consider selected proposals individually. Initial communication can happen by email; a phone call is not required.

  4. 04

    Discuss the working relationship

Discuss roles, contributions, ownership, responsibilities and the practical work each party would take on. No standard arrangement is implied.

  5. 05

    Document the agreement

Agree and document the arrangement before work begins. A submitted proposal neither reserves the domain nor establishes a partnership.

Payment & transfer

The terms come first.

Your agreement sets out the domain, price, optional assets, transaction route and handoff responsibilities. We can discuss established providers for the purchase.

Escrow.com

For an escrow transaction, payment and the domain transfer follow the agreed Escrow.com process. The buyer reviews the transfer before funds are released under the provider’s terms.

GoDaddy

Where a GoDaddy purchase route is available, we discuss the listing or checkout process and the domain handoff. The route is confirmed for the particular name.

Before you inquire

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What am I buying?

You are acquiring a premium .com domain. Every purchase includes a personalized roadmap. A website, logo, copy or other starter assets can be added where available; your agreement specifies exactly what transfers.

Is this an existing business?

These listings present domains and possible brand directions. An illustration, website or idea does not establish an operating business, customers or revenue.

What does my personalized roadmap include?

A structured intake, one tailored map reviewed by Michael Santiago and one clarification round. New founders receive a Brand Launch Map; existing businesses receive a Rebrand Map. Product Development Map guidance is included when relevant. Each map clarifies your starting direction, assumptions to test, the first three priorities, what your team can realistically execute and what to avoid spending money on yet. Paid implementation is separate.

Can I buy the domain without a website?

Yes. Start with the name and discuss the assets you need. Optional development and support are scoped separately.

How does an acquisition work?

Request acquisition details, discuss fit, agree the price and inclusions, then confirm the transaction and transfer steps before completion. An inquiry does not commit you to a purchase.

What if I cannot find the right name?

Tell us what you are building through Find my brand. We can discuss matching and domain acquisition support beyond the collection; scope and fees are agreed before work begins.

Can I propose a partnership?

Yes. Share your idea, relevant experience, resources and proposed role. We consider selected partnerships individually, without promising acceptance.

Is every domain open to partnership?

Partnership opportunities vary by name. Where a proposal option is available on the listing, you can share your idea for individual consideration. A proposal does not reserve the domain or guarantee acceptance.

What makes a useful proposal?

A specific customer and use case, relevant experience, what you would contribute, the resources available, your desired involvement and the arrangement you propose. Financial amounts are optional at the initial stage.

How is a partnership different from a purchase?

A purchase transfers the domain and confirmed assets under an acquisition agreement and includes a personalized map. A partnership is individually assessed; roles, contributions, ownership, responsibilities and any deliverables must be documented before work begins. Submitting a proposal does not establish that agreement.
